Staying at Château Le Souley was a delightful escape! Nestled in the heart of Médoc vineyards, this charming 18th-century castle offers a beautiful garden view from the spacious room we had, where we enjoyed our coffee while soaking in the serenity of the tree-filled park. The warm hospitality from J.P. Was complemented by an excellent complimentary breakfast, perfect fuel for our explorations of the nearby Médoc Natural Regional Park. After a satisfying meal at the Table d'Hôtes, we took a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool, feeling completely at ease and connected with nature. A fantastic place for those who, like myself as a marine biologist, value tranquility and the beauty of the surroundings while wanting to dive into local culture and experiences!
